We have a low minimum of only $50.00. Orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING: 

We don't charge any shipping fee. We ship EMS unless otherwise requested. Generally all orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, from the receipt of your order. Faster delivery is available with advance notice.

Please allow adequate time approximately 2 weeks when placing your larger order of over $1,700.00. All cakes are delicately handmade sewed by our designers. Delivery is available to locations with street addresses only. I will ship your order to any country around the world. Recipients are responsible for duties and taxes.

PAYMENTS:

We accept Paypal, Western Union, Bank Money Order and Bank Wire Transfer. Please be assured that your privacy is a high priority for us. Here at Ali's Creative Cakes every effort will be taken to protect your personal information. It will not be shared or sold under any circumstances.

You are welcome to place your orders online. Payments that are made by methods other than Paypal will usually result in shipping delays. To place an order online, simply click the "Buy" word next to the item that you would like to purchase. You can then continue shopping adding items to your cart, or you can complete your order through the check out.

DISCOUNT:

A 10% discount plus 10 gifts for all orders over $1,700.00.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

We do accept returns. The original item should be returned to us, postage paid by the customer. No refunds or replacements can be honored until the merchandise has been returned to us. Please remember our product is handmade and most made to order after your order is placed.

We do accept replacements. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement. When no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for shipping to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
